What data is in MAX Leads?
Employers with benefit plans file a Form 5500 with the Department of Labor every year, and its Schedule A lists each insured contract: the carrier, the policy period, how many people are covered, and the commissions and fees paid to each broker. MAX Leads turns those filings into a searchable list — employer, headcount, carrier, incumbent broker, compensation, renewal month and a named contact where one is on file.
How fresh is the data?
MAX Leads covers filings from 2022 to 2025 and is refreshed monthly as the Department of Labor publishes new filings. Renewal months come from the policy periods on each employer’s latest filing. The newest filing year is always partial, because many plans haven’t filed yet.
How does the 12-month term work?
Every MAX Leads subscription runs for 12 months — paid upfront for the year, or monthly — and renews for another 12 months unless you cancel. Cancelling stops the renewal; you keep access until the term ends.
Can I add or remove states?
You can add states, or move to Nationwide, at any time — you pay the difference for the rest of your term. States can be removed only when your term renews. From 12 states, Nationwide costs the same or less.
Who on my team gets it?
Your agency. One subscription covers the owner and up to 10 internal users: you turn MAX Leads on for each team member in Team Management, and everyone you give it to searches all the same states. Need 11 or more? Talk to us about Enterprise.
Can I get a refund?
No. All MAX Leads sales are final, because the data can be exported on day one.
Can I export the data?
Yes. Paid MAX Leads includes CSV export of any list or employer, and every employer has a printable report you can save as a PDF. The state included with the BenefitMAX Bundle can export once the Bundle is on a 12-month term and past its first 7 days.
